Meet Sarah Hall
Founder | Director | Principal Consultant

Sarah Hall is Knight Fowler Jenkins’ Director, Principal Consultant, and the founder of the business. She has been providing recruitment solutions to the legal and professional services industries since 1998.
Originally from the UK, Sarah worked with London’s premier legal recruitment consultancy for six years before moving to Australia in 2004. She went on to work with some of Sydney’s leading legal recruitment and head-hunting consultancies, before founding KFJ in 2012.
Sarah established KFJ after identifying a gap in the recruitment industry for a specialist recruitment consultancy that focused on sourcing the talent and expertise needed to build the practice management and operational structures of professional services firms and legal practices.
KFJ has since provided recruitment solutions to some of Australia’s largest management consultancies and law firms, to its most prestigious boutique professional services firms, and to numerous in-house legal departments.
